1. explain the output obtained from a PCA and a FA of a simple dataset
2. highlight the differences and similarities of a PCA and FA of the same dataset.

• Data description
• Principal Components Analysis
• Factor Analysis - extracting 5 factors (i.e. same as number of variables)
• Factor Analysis applying the eigen value > 1 'rule'
• Factor Analysis 5 factors with rotation
• Factor Analysis 5 factors, no rotation COVARIANCE matrix
